Terms of sale


All purchases made at the online store bitti.es (Bitti Bebé S.L.) are subject to the purchasing conditions that are exposed in this document.

 

Sales are sales held at a distance regulated by Spanish legislation on the subject. The completion and submission of the Purchase Order expresses the full and unreserved commitment to each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the box "I accept the General Conditions" in the customer registration section.

 

Bitti.es is a virtual store belonging to Bitti Bebé S.L. domiciled at Av. Josep Tarradellas 155 -08 029 Barcelona.

 

 

BUYING PROCESS

 

After submitting the final purchase order via electronic means offered by bitti.es will proceed to send an order confirmation to the email address specified by the customer. The responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the data provided by the customer will be exclusively the same.

 

In the case of payment through credit card will proceed immediately to the preparation and submission of the order. If done by bank transfer confirmation of receipt of the amount on our bank account by the deadline will be required.

 

Since that time and in accordance with established deadlines (see deadlines) will proceed to the shipment and delivery of the order. Bitti.es declines all responsibility in reference to fortuitous and force majeure that prevent the delivery informing the customer of what happened and offering alternative solutions.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Prices shown on bitti.es always include the 21% VAT and are in euros.

 

Bitti.es offers to customers 3 ways or means of payment for the performance of their shopping in our shop:

 

Credit card: The card payment service provides a secure server directly at Banco Sabadell Atlantic. Bitti.es disclaims any liability with regard to the confidentiality and security of information and data provided by the customer on payment of their electronic purchases by credit card, to the extent that the treatment of such information and data not found exclusively under the control of bitti.es

 

Bank transfer: The customer can pay for your purchases by bank transfer to the account of Banco Sabadell Atlantic who will receive the order confirmation to be sent to your email. In that case you must notify the entry by our email info@bitti.es or send proof of payment to the fax number 934 197 426. Upon receipt of the total amount will proceed to the preparation and submission of the order.

 

Paypal: The customer has the option of paying through Paypal insurance international internet platform payments. This system allows purchases without inserting the data bank card in every e-commerce site where purchases are made.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

The current level of sales is bitti.es Peninsula and the Balearics.

 

For Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and for products in stock the delivery time is 48 to 72 working hours. For deliveries less than proposed by bitti.es is bitti should contact in order to confirm the possibility of the same term.

 

For orders to over 50 € Peninsula freight they are free. For orders below 50 € standard charge will be € 6.90.

 

For orders exceeding € 100 Balearic Islands freight are free. For less than € 100 orders under the standard Baleares be 9 €.

 

Most products are is stock in accordance with the availability stated in the data sheet. However, if for any reason the product will not be available within the period specified bitti.es undertakes to inform the customer of the new delivery date according to receipt thereof by the supplier. To provide an alternative product or refund the amount if the customer is not satisfied solely by reason of late delivery as agreed in the accepted order.

 

Understand how business days for delivery Monday through Friday noon. Therefore the delivery times indicated in the data sheet are restricted to these periods of delivery by transport companies.

 

 

RETURNS

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return, counting from the date of delivery of the order by the deposit slip. (According to Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 of the Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

 

For this, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product undergoes a depreciation), as well as all product documentation. Except in cases of default or explicit responsibility mistake by freight bitti.es always go by the customer.

Bitti.es will take over the transport of the new collection and product delivery in the case of a defective product in a space of 24 to 48 hours if available in stock. If not available bitti.es undertakes to inform the customer of the estimated replacement due time. Only in the case of failing to deliver the product in a time less than one week compared to previously agreed bitti.es it agrees to refund the amount.

 

All items to be returned must be kept in their original packaging (otherwise the product undergoes a depreciation). Especially articles whose reproduction can be immediate as books or videos.

 

Only if that bitti.es had the responsibility for change to cause damage or error in the preparation of bitti.es order would take over the costs of collection and replacement.

 

 

REPAIRS

WARRANTY

 

In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract negotiations that are free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for faults that become apparent within two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two years after he has knowledge of it.

 

In addition to the reminder of the existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees.

 

All products have 2 year warranty. Any replacement via use of the guarantee must be previously reviewed by the supervisor for each provider. In each case it certifies that the defect causing the failure or malfunction specifically comes from manufacturing defects or causes stated in the warranty of each product. Each vendor who will decide on the reason for the malfunction of each product expressly left out of the right replacement misuse of the product. Law and Jurisdiction
