Parent Instructions

1. PERSONAL DATA AND PASSWORDS
We will ask you for some basic but important information for the registration of the list. Most are the usual ones so that we can identify you with the name of the father and mother, shipping address, contact telephone numbers, etc. Among them you will find two passwords to define:

  1. Parents password: It will give you access to your list so that you can review and modify it according to our general conditions.
  2. Password friends: It is what you have to give to family and friends so that they can access the gifts that you have pending to make with extended information. They will find everything they need to decide, make the gift and leave a dedication.
At the end of the preparation of the list you will receive an e-mail with the user data and the passwords of parents and friends so that you always have it in mind.

2. PRODUCT SELECTION
Once you have filled in the registration data, you will access our product selection menu where you can begin to gather what you like best. All products with the “stork” drawing are available.
The list will reflect everything you choose, highlighting:

  • Product status: availability or delivery time. It also indicates if it has already been gifted or if it is still available for gifting.
  • In the "INFO" column you can see who has given you the gift and the dedication they have written to you.
  • Possibility to delete a product if you no longer want it. If it is already a gift and you eliminate it, the resulting amount will become part of the balance in your favor to be used in the purchase of another product, or added to the final gift voucher. Only in the case that you carry a deposit of 20% or it has already been delivered, it cannot be modified.
3. PRODUCTS WITH PAYMENT AND SIGNAL OR RESERVE
In the case of those specific products ordered for you, such as the color of a stroller or a car seat, you must leave a 20% deposit if you want to have the product on a specific date, regardless of whether the gift has been made or not.< br />
  • If you do not deposit it, bitti will reserve it for you as soon as they have given it to you since they are personalized products. It will be then when the delivery period that appears on the web will begin to count.
  • If you leave 20% of the order to advance the receipt of the product and later they give it to you for the entire amount, bitti gives you the option of recovering the money or adding it to your personal balance.
In the case of non-personalized products but general stock, you can also make a reserve of 20% so that they are ready when they give it to you or if you want to pick them up before the birth of your baby.
The difference between the product reservation and the down payment is that in the case of products that are normally in stock you can return them without problems in case of repeated gift or decide that you finally change them for another since they are products that are always in store . In this case, the reservation is to ensure the preparation for you at the requested time.

4. MAINTENANCE AND CHANGES TO THE LIST
  • If you wish to change or delete a product not given away, or not reserved with down payment, you can do so by marking the “X” in the “Delete” column.
  • If you want to delete or change a product already given as a gift, you can transfer the amount of the gift to a personal balance or gift voucher to be reused at any time. Therefore, if we want to buy another product at that same moment, we can do it using this personal balance. In this case, the product will be registered in the list as a gift but exchanged for a gift voucher.
Every time someone gives you a gift, it will be reflected in your list and an e-mail will be sent to you so that you are informed of the changes that are taking place.

5. FREE DELIVERY
To take advantage of the free delivery that bitti offers you, you must send an e-mail to web@bitti.es requesting the shipment indicating the products that you want us to send you or call 93.419.73.19 and we will manage the delivery personally.

6. CLOSURE AND GIFT VOUCHER
When you want to close the list, you must click the "Close List" button.
From that moment bitti will start the closure of your list by sending you an e-mail with the final amount of the gift voucher that corresponds to you.
This check will be available to your user in the form of a code. In any subsequent purchase you can use it in the purchase of any item of bitti products both in bitti.es and in our store in Barcelona.
The gift voucher will be made up of the check corresponding to the closing according to what they have given you or you have bought yourselves plus the balance that you still have available for exchanges or direct gift vouchers.
