1. What is the delivery time for each product?

The deadline in which bitti.es promises to deliver the product appears on the tab of each product. It could be a case of receiving the product before it had been established. If instead there is any unforeseen delay, bitti.es customer department will contact you and report on how to proceed (See section delivery deadlines of the General Conditions).


2. How I can return a product?

To give a better service we will ask that you get in touch with bitti.es via telephone 93.419.73.19 or by sending an email to the email address web@bitti.es so as to give an immediate answer on how to proceed. In this way we can advise you on how to proceed according to the Returns section of the General Conditions.


3. The repairs are also handled through bitti?

Yes. The management of repairs for all products purchased in bitti.es have to be processed through bitti.es. Therefore we ask that you get in touch with bitti.es via telephone 93.419.73.19 or by sending an email to the email address postventa@bitti.es. From your application we will inform you on how to proceed under the terms of the supplier and your geographical location.


4. Can I check the status of my order?

Now you can access your client area where you can check the status of your order. We will inform you whether your order is in preparation, shipped or delivered. Also you can check the points that you have available for your next purchase.

We also have the ability to check the status of your order via telephone 93.419.73.19. One of our staff will inform you of the status of your order.




5. What if the product is defective?

In this case, do not worry. bitti.es will take care of the collection and replacement items conditions. We would like you, please, in this case to contact bitti.es via telephone 934 197 319 or email to postventa@bitti.es address to replace the item asap.

Anyway remember that an item is considered defective when the defect stems from a fault in the manufacture or operation. If you have arrived in poor condition for some other reason such as transport we would appreciate your specification. Each case has a different procedure laid down in the General Conditions.
