Toddlekind Playmat Giveaway Goal
Bitti organizes this draw with the aim of offering an extra benefit to customers who buy at bitti, to promote the Toddlekind brand and to encourage sales from October 1 to 31, 2022.

Promotion Period
This promotional action will be active for all users who make purchases at bitti.es or at our bitti store in Barcelona, over €50, between October 1 at 12:00 a.m. and until October 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. The draw will be held at bitti Barcelona during the first week of November 2022.

Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. For this, all the fields must be complete and without defects. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration by default of form. Likewise, they will be able to participate in person at Bitti Barcelona by responding to the necessary data to participate that may be required by our store staff.
In addition, a minimum purchase of €50 must be made, which will entitle you to 1 participation. For every €50 of purchase in an order, you will be sent via email a participation in the draw that we propose. If the e-mail address is not correct, the user must contact bitti to carry out the pertinent checks.

Among all the users who have made purchases over €50 and have received the e-mail with the ballots, a Toddlekind game rug will be drawn. The winner will be chosen at the time of the draw.

All purchases, product reservations and/or orders for baby lists will participate in the draw following the mechanics of 1 participation for every €50 of purchase during the draw period. In the case of baby lists, we establish that the beneficiaries of the raffle tickets are the owners of the baby list. In this way bitti wants to especially reward their loyalty to our brand.

In the case of product reservations, tickets will be obtained based on the amount paid from October 1 to 30, 2022, not for the total amount of the reserved product. To obtain the total of the participation tickets that would correspond to the reserved product, the entire amount must be paid during the period of validity of the draw. Likewise, participations will only be obtained for the values contributed in each payment, not for the total sum of the payments made.

In the event of not being able to contact the winner, who rejects the prize for any reason, or who does not respond after 15 days of informing him that he is the winner, the first substitute will be called and so on.

The prize is a Toddlekind play mat valued at €99.99. The prize is personal and intransferable. Only the value of the prize will be returned, in case the winner has purchased a Toddlekind play mat during the month of October 2022 at bitti or bitti.es. The prize includes the shipment of the same.

Winner Communication
In the maximum period of 10 days after the draw, the winner will be contacted by email or telephone. If you do not respond, the first alternate will be contacted. The winner will also be notified through the social networks available to bitti.es for dissemination.

Cancellation of the draw
The draw cannot be canceled once the promotion period has started.

Prize Availability
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Only if the winner has purchased a Toddlekind playmat from bitti, or bitti.es during the promotion period, will the winner be refunded in the same way. Bitti will be responsible for shipping the prize.

Bitti reserves the right to publish the username of the winner for promotional purposes.

Basis Acceptance

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.

These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.

bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.

The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.

Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.

Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.

In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
