MY ORDER

Can I check the status of my order?

By accessing your customer area, you can check the status of your order. There we will inform you whether it is in preparation, sent or delivered. You will also be able to check the gift checks that are available for your next purchase.

You can also check the status of your order through the phone of our Customer Service: 93 419 73 19.

What is the delivery time of each product?

The product sheet of each product contains the deadline by which bitti agrees to submit the product. It could be the case that the product was received earlier than had been established. If, on the other hand, there is an unforeseen delay, bitti will contact the customer to warn and report on how to proceed. (See the Terms of Delivery of the General Conditions).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO I HAVE AVAILABLE TO FORMALIZE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

You can pay by bank transfer, card, Bizum and PayPal.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER ON ONLINE PURCHASES?

The gift voucher is always linked to a user. To be able to use it you must log in to your account, formalize your purchase, and at the time of payment you will be given the balance available. Then you can check in a box the amount you wish to use for your purchase.

MY BABY IS ABOUT TO ARRIVE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT I NEED, WHAT DO I DO?

Don't worry! Bitti has strollers or any product you need for courtesy while we wait for yours to arrive.

REFUNDS

How can I return a product?

To provide the best service, we ask you to contact bitti via phone 93 419 73 19, or by sending an email to web@bitti.es. We will give you an immediate answer on how to proceed under the Returns & Exchanges section of the General Conditions.

What happens if the product is defective?

In this case, don't worry. bitti will take over the collection and reposition of the. We ask you to contact us through 93 419 73 19 or email postventa@bitti.es, so we can replenish your article as soon as possible.

However, it recalls that an article is considered defective when this defect comes from an anomaly in the manufacture or operation of the product. If it has come in a bad state for any other reason like transport, we ask you to specify it. Each cause has a different procedure established in the General Conditions.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If for any reason he is not satisfied with his online order, he has a 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to delivery warrant. (According to Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January of Ordinance of Minorist Trade as amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December). If you have purchased the product in the physical store, you have a term of 30 calendar days.

Are repairs also processed through bitti?

Yes, repair management for all products acquired in bitti must be processed through this entity. We therefore ask you to contact bitti through 93 419 73 19 or by sending an email to postventa@bitti.es. Once we have received your request, we will inform you how to proceed according to the vendor conditions and your geographic location.

I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT IS BEING REPAIRED, BUT I NEED IT IN MY DAY-TO-DAY, DO YOU OFFER ME SOME ALTERNATIVE?

Sure! We give you the product you need for courtesy while we repair yours.

VISITING BITTI

DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

No, in bitti you don't need to make an appointment, you'll always be attended by one of our consultants within our business schedule.

I WANT TO COME WITH MY CAR, IS THERE A PARKING LOT NEARBY?

Come with your car and park comfortably in the Loreto Parking located 40m from our store. We offer 1h of free parking for our customers for purchases above 60€. Our warehouse team will help you load your purchases.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

Of course! We're a pet friendly establishment.

OTHER SERVICES

I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT WHETHER THE STROLLER WILL FIT IN MY ELEVATOR OR IN MY CAR TRUNK, WILL YOU HELP ME?

We have the Test&Go service, which allows you to test the stroller so that you can try it before buying it, so you'll be safe.

I DON'T KNOW IF THE CAR SEAT WILL FIT IN MY CAR, WILL YOU HELP ME?

Park on the Loreto Parking located 40m from our store, and our warehouse team will help you testing them in your car, so you can make the decision. We offer 1h of free parking for our customers for purchases above 60€.
