The company BITTI BEBE SL, bitti, with registered office at Avenida Josep Tarradellas 155 in Barcelona, Spain, is organizing a promotional action with a random draw system aimed at people residing in Spanish territory, of legal age.
Goal of the Highwaykick Push and Go 2-in-1 Scooter Giveaway
Bitti is organizing this raffle with the aim of offering an extra benefit to customers who buy from Bitti, promoting the Scoot&Ride brand and encouraging sales from November 1st to 30th, 2025.
Promotion period
This promotional offer is valid for all users who make purchases over €50 on bitti.es or in our bitti store in Barcelona between November 1st at 00:00 and November 30th, 2025 at 23:59. The prize draw will take place at bitti Barcelona during the first week of December 2025.
Mechanics and method of participation
To participate, you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. All fields must be completed and accurate. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration due to incorrect information. Alternatively, you can participate in person at bitti Barcelona by providing the necessary information, which may be requested by our store staff.
In addition, a minimum purchase of €50 is required, which will entitle you to one entry. For every €50 spent on an order, you will receive one entry into our prize draw via email. If the email address provided is incorrect, please contact bitti for verification.
A Highwaykick Push and Go 2-in-1 scooter will be raffled among all users who have made purchases over €50 and received the email with the raffle tickets. The winner will be chosen at the time of the raffle.
All purchases, product reservations, and/or baby registry orders will be entered into the prize draw, with one entry for every €50 spent during the draw period. For baby registries, the recipients of the raffle tickets are the registry holders. In this way, bitti wants to reward their loyalty to our brand.
In the case of product reservations, raffle tickets will be awarded based on the amount paid between November 1st and 30th, 2025, not on the total price of the reserved product. To receive the full number of raffle tickets corresponding to the reserved product, the entire amount must be paid during the raffle's validity period. Furthermore, entries will only be awarded for the value of each payment made, not for the total sum of all payments made.
If the winner cannot be contacted, rejects the prize for any reason, or does not respond after 15 days of being notified that they are the winner, the first alternate will be called and so on.
Prize
The prize is a Highwaykick Push and Go 2-in-1 scooter valued at €129.99. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize value will only be refunded if the winner purchased a Highwaykick Push and Go 2-in-1 scooter during the month of November from bitti or bitti.es. Shipping is included.
Winner announcement
The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 10 days of the draw. If they do not respond, the first runner-up will be contacted. The winner will also be announced through bitti.es's social media channels.
Cancellation of the draw
The draw cannot be cancelled once the promotion period has started.
Prize availability
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Only if the winner purchased a Highwaykick Push and Go 2-in-1 scooter from bitti or bitti.es during the promotional period will they receive a refund using the same payment method. Bitti will cover the shipping costs of the prize.
Advertising
Bitti reserves the right to publish the winner's username for promotional purposes.
Acceptance of the terms
Participation in the prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If, after a purchase, the buyer no longer wishes to participate in the prize draw, they must contact bitti to remove their entries before the end of the promotion period.
Use of the data provided
The data used during the draw will be used to communicate the number of entries you are eligible for, once you make your purchase, and the name of the winner, once selected, during the first week of December.

The current reach of sale of bitti.es is the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For products in stock, the delivery time for the Peninsula is 24/48 business hours.
For the Balearic Islands, it is 48/72 business hours.
For deliveries in a period shorter than that proposed by bitti.es, you should contact the store, to confirm the possibility of this.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).
In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.
These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.
bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.
The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.
Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.
Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.
In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
