Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.
Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.
