The company BITTI BEBE SL, bitti, with address at Avenida Josep Tarradellas 155 in Barcelona, Spain, organizes a promotional action with a random draw system aimed at people residing in Spanish territory, of legal age.

Objective of the giveaway for a BabyBjörn Bliss hammock
Bitti organizes this giveaway with the aim of offering an extra benefit to customers who buy at bitti, promoting the BabyBjörn brand and encouraging sales from June 1 to 30, 2024.

Promotion period
This promotional action will be active for all users who make purchases at bitti.es or in our bitti store in Barcelona, over €50, between June 1 at 00:00 and until June 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The draw will be held at bitti Barcelona during the first week of July 2024.

Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. To do this, all fields must be complete and without defects. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration due to a defect in form. Likewise, they will be able to participate in person at bitti Barcelona by responding to the information necessary to participate that may be requested by our store staff.
In addition, a minimum purchase of €50 must be made which will entitle you to 1 participation. For every €50 spent on an order, you will be sent via email a participation in the draw that we propose. If the email address is not correct, the user must contact bitti to carry out the relevant checks.

Among all users who have made purchases over €50 and have received the e-mail with the ballots, a drawing will be held for a BabyBjörn Bliss hammock. The winner will be chosen at the time of the draw.

All purchases, product reservations and/or baby list orders will participate in the draw following the mechanics of 1 participation for every €50 purchase during the period of validity of the draw. In the case of baby lists, we establish that the beneficiaries of the raffle tickets are the owners of the baby list. In this way, bitti especially wants to reward your loyalty to our brand.

In the case of product reservations, tickets will be obtained based on the amount paid from June 1 to June 30, 2024, not for the total amount of the reserved product. To obtain the total number of participation tickets that would correspond to the reserved product, the entire amount must be paid during the period of validity of the draw. Likewise, participations will only be obtained for the values contributed in each payment, not for the total sum of the payments made.

If the winner cannot be contacted, if he or she rejects the prize for any reason, or if the winner does not respond after 15 days of being informed that he or she is the winner, the first alternate will be called, and so on.

Prize
The prize is a BabyBjörn Bliss hammock valued at €199.90. The prize is personal and intransferable. The value of the prize will only be returned if the winner has purchased a BabyBjörn Bliss hammock during the month of June 2024 at bitti or bitti.es. The prize includes shipping.

Winner communication
Within a maximum period of 10 days after the draw, the winner will be contacted by email or telephone. If you do not respond, the first substitute will be contacted. The winner will also be notified through the social networks that bitti.es has available for dissemination.

Cancellation of the draw
The draw cannot be canceled once the promotion period has started.

Prize availability

DELIVERY TERMS

The current reach of sale of bitti.es is the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

For products in stock, the delivery time for the Peninsula is 24/48 business hours.

For the Balearic Islands, it is 48/72 business hours.

For deliveries in a period shorter than that proposed by bitti.es, you should contact the store, to confirm the possibility of this.

  • For deliveries in the Peninsula, shipping for orders over €50.00 are free
    • For orders under €50.00, the standard charge will be €6,90
  • For deliveries in the Balearic Islands, shipping for orders over €100.00 are free
    • For orders under €100.00, the standard charge will be €9,00

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.

These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.

bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.

The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.

Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.

Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.

In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
